Trevor Baxter has contacted me today to suggest that this is the emblem of 2(F)./122 - the "Wooden Eye on Watch" emblem.

Having compared it to drawings of this emblem I would have to agree - a great many thanks Trevor!

This will be one picture to place on the 122 image pages in the future.

I have an image of this emblem on an Me 410 and when I find it I'll post it here for comparison,
